State of Karnataka and others [Writ Petition Nos.43937-43938 of 2016 and connected matters (DD 04.10.2017)], and hence, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the order made in the aforesaid writ petitions. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms thereof.
