2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no such harassment was made by the second respondent police and in fact, the petitioner is not required for any enquiry by the second respondent police.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
