The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to transfer the petitioner from district Bulandshahr to district Gautam Budh Nagar where her husband is posted at District Election Office (Panchayat and Urban Area).
The distance between the present place of posting of the petitioner and her husband is not much. District Gautam Budh Nagar and district Bulandshahr are adjoining districts. There is no vested right in the petitioner to get posted at the same place where her husband is posted particularly when her place of posting is not very far from the place of posting of her husband.
Considering these facts, I do not find any reason to interfere in this writ petition. The petition lacks merit and substance and it is accordingly, dismissed.
