Learned counsel for petitioners appeared. Learned A.G.A. appeared for respondent nos. 1 to 3. Shri R.K. Tripathi appeared for respondent no.4.
Perusal of order dated 1.9.2014 shows that it has been informed by respondent no.4 that corpus has been kidnapped by petitioner no.2.
Learned counsel for petitioners submitted that he has no information regarding said fact.
In view of above, petitioners are directed to file affidavit within a week for clarification of present position.
