After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after taking into consideration the fact that although the Appeal is preferred against a money decree, the Division Bench in the past directed the appellant to pay only the principal amount excluding interest as a condition of grant of stay, we propose to hear out the Appeal itself on 13th February 2012.
Let the matter be added in the list on 13th February 2012. Application is, thus, disposed of.
