Petitioner's claim for release of balance amount towards 29 days' earned leave is stated to be pending consideration before the respondent no.3. Since appropriate decision has not been taken although petitioner retired long back, as such petitioner has preferred the present petition for issuance of direction to the authority concerned.
Sri Satyam Singh, holding brief of Sri Anadi Krishna Narayana, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that petitioner's claim shall be examined by the authority competent in accordance with law at the earliest.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.3 to accord consideration to petitioner's claim, noticed above, and an appropriate order would be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of copy of this order.
