Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the records.
The only prayer, with which the applicant, who is the complainant in Complaint Case No. 57 of 2016 (Jay Singh Vs. Ramchandra), under Sections 138 of N.I. Act, P.S. Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra, has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court, is for a direction to the court below i.e. A.C.J.M., Sonbhadra, where the aforesaid case is pending, to decide the same expeditiously within a time bound period.
Expeditious disposal of his case is the right of every litigant and it is expected from every court to endeavour to dispose of a case pending before it, as expeditiously as possible, without granting unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. Therefore, the trial court is directed to make all possible efforts to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
With the aforesaid direction, this application is finally disposed of.
