Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court of Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Ghaziabad to decide Suit No.658 of 2016 (Jay Singh Nagar Vs. Smt. Sonu Verma and others) within stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case it appears that on 24th July, 2017 issues have been framed and a date was fixed for taking plaintiff evidence. The order-sheet does not disclose that the matter is being unnecessarily delayed.
In view of the above, this Court finds no good reason to issue any specific direction upon the court concerned. It is expected that the court concerned shall proceed with the matter expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed off.
