The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial to decide the Suit No. 142 of 2016 expeditiously.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that Presiding Officer is presently on training.
Consequently, the instant petition is disposed of by providing that as soon as the Presiding Officer resumes his work, he shall proceed to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
