JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that there was some family dispute in between the applicant and his wife and due to misunderstanding she left the matrimonial house. Subsequently the allegation was made against the entire family regarding abuse and assault at the place of her parents. There was also allegation that he assaulted with knife at the house of her parents which is unnatural and unbelievable. However, the applicant is in jail since 5.4.2010.
In view of the above, without expressing opinion on merit, let the applicant Jay Prasad be enlarged on bail on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned in Case Crime No. 304 of 2010 under Section 498A, 323, 324, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act PS Sadar Bazar District Agra.
