The petition seeks the following relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to Additional Commissioner (Administration) Agra division Agra to decide the revision No. 2155 of 2018 (Computer No. C201801000002155) under Section 219 of U.P. Land Revenue Act filed by petitioner within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court deem fit under the facts of the revision."
Petitioner is aggrieved by the pendency of revision filed by the opposite party which is directed against the mutation order passed in favour of petitioner and is stated to be pending since 2018.
In case lower court record has been received and the matter otherwise ripe for hearing, the respondent no.2/Additional Commissioner (Administration), Agra Division Agra may endeavour to decide the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months.
