Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel appears on behalf of respondent no. 5.
Cause sought to be agitated in this petition for writ pertains to appropriate place for construction of Panchayat Bhawan. Certain allegations too are levelled against the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat Sabha for the choice of the place to construct Panchayat Bhawan. The cause sought to be agitated is first required to be espoused by the petitioners or the persons aggrieved before the competent administrative authority.
In view of it, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ by keeping the petitioners at liberty to agitate the cause before the respondent- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Prayagraj, District- Prayagraj. The petitioners if submitted any representation for redressal of their grievance, the same shall be considered and decided by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Prayagraj, District- Prayagraj, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
