JUDGMENT / ORDER

(ORAL) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to the opposite party No.1 to decide the Case No. 182, said to be pending before him since 2015 as expeditiously as possible.
It has been submitted that the respondents in the aforesaid case have already filed their objections in 2016 itself.
Without entering into the merits of controversy, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the opposite party No.1 to consider and decide the case under Section 28 of L. R. Act, Jay Prakash and another Vs. Ashok Kumar and others, expeditiously, if possible, within three months from the date of certified copy of this order is produced.
