Sri Neeraj Tripathi, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of opposite party has filed affidavit of compliance contending that the writ Court order has been complied, the Principal of the Medical College, Jalaun at Orai vide order dated 18 December 2018 has directed the applicant to immediately join the Medical College.
The unconditional apology tendered is accepted. In view thereof, the petition is consigned to record. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
