Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
It is the case of the petitioner that an ex parte decree was obtained by the petitioner on 26.02.2015 in Suit No. 1217 of 2010 for execution of which an Execution Case No. 31 of 2015 has been filed. Seeking a direction on the execution court to decide the execution case within a stipulated period, this petition has been filed.
Considering the facts of the case, this Court finds no good reason to issue direction, at this stage.
It is expected that, in absence of any legal impediment, the court shall proceed with the matter, in accordance with law.
