JUDGMENT / ORDER

The submission of Sri K.K. Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, is that in respect of plot of the same arazi no. 248, in another sale-deed market value was assessed by increasing the circle rate of agricultural land by 25 percent, whereas in the present case the circle rate applicable to abadi has been followed.
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted one month's time to file counter affidavit. Two weeks thereafter are granted to file rejoinder affidavit.
List thereafter.
Since the entire amount of deficit stamp duty has been paid, the same shall be subject to the decision of the writ petition.
