The sole prayer made by the petitioner is to expedite the interim injunction application pending since 16.10.2017/6.12.2017 in Original Suit No. 627 of 2002 (Smt. Usha Kiran Sharma and others vs. Smt. Rama Bhupesh and others) pending before the Additional Judge, Small Causes Court, Varanasi.
In view of the aforesaid, it would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending, and therefore the petition is disposed of by directing the learned Additional Judge, Small Causes Court, Varanasi to expedite/decide the interim injunction application pending since 16.10.2017/6.12.2017 in Original Suit No. 627 of 2002 (Smt. Usha Kiran Sharma and others vs. Smt. Rama Bhupesh and others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
