Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The petitioners by means of this writ petition want direction that the road which is being constructed may not be diverted on their land.
It is not for the petitioners to decide from where the road would pass. It is a policy decision to be taken by the authorities in which the Court has no jurisdiction to intefere.
