This court vide order dated 16 August 2018 disposed of the writ petition directing the applicant to move an application before the Magistrate for verifying the compromise from the fourth respondent.
It is urged that pursuant thereof, the learned Magistrate had directed the concerned Thana In-charge vide order dated 1 September 2018 to comply the writ court order. The grievance of the applicant is that the Thana In-charge has not complied the order of the learned Magistrate.
In view thereof, the contempt petition is disposed of granting liberty to the applicant to move an appropriate application to the concerned Magistrate to ensure compliance of the order.
