Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and perused the record.
The case of the petitioner is that the Insurance Company has rejected the claim of the petitioner under the Mukhyamantri Kisan Evam Samuhik Beena Yojna and aggrieved by that action, the petitioner has placed his claim before the District Magistrate, Mainpuri which has to be placed before the Committee. To seek a direction upon the District Magistrate, Mainpuri to place the claim of the petitioner before the Committee, headed by District Magistrate Mainpuri, prayer has been made .
Considering the nature of the prayer made in this petition, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to represent her cause/claim to the District Magistrate, Mainpuri within a period of two weeks from today and if such a representation is made, the same shall be decided by the District Magistrate, Mainpuri with reference to the Committee, if any, within a period of four week from the date of filing of such representation, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned including the insurance company.
