Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 27.08.2018, passed in Criminal Misc.Writ Petition No.23358 of 2018, there was a direction to the petitioner of the writ petition i.e. the applicant as well as the victim to move an application for her medical examination to verify her age. Nothing is there to show whether medical examination has been conducted or not.
The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharanpur, is directed to ascertain as to whether medical regarding the determination of the age of the victim has been conducted or not. In case, the same has been conducted, the medical report be placed on record before this Court by the next date of listing.
List/put up this case, as fresh, on 05.03.2019, in the additional cause list.
Let a copy of this order be placed before Registrar General of this Court for necessary compliance.
