This proceeding, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed against the order, passed under Section 203 of Cr.P.C., wherein, complaint has been dismissed.
An order of dismissal of complaint, under Section 203 of Cr.P.C., is reviseable before the Revisional court. Hence, exercise of power, conferred by Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is not to be invoked.
Accordingly, this Application, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, stands dismissed. However, remedy of filing Criminal Revision may be availed.
