1. The grievance of petitioner is that his Restoration Case No. T201914360409335 (Deo Nandan vs. Shail Kumari) in Case No. RST/08871/2018, Computerized Case No. T201814360408871, under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006, is pending before Respondent-2, Naib Tehsildar Shahar, Tehsil Sadar, District Jaunpur since 2019 and the same has not been decided so far.
2. Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case aforesaid case is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same may be considered and decided expeditiously.
3. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to Competent Authority to decide petitioner's aforesaid case and pass appropriate reasoned order after affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties within a period of one year from today.
