The petitioner assails order dated 09.11.2011 (Annexure-1) by virtue of which services of the petitioner have been placed under suspension.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that chargesheet was served on the petitioner on 23.11.2011. Reply was given by the petitioner on 05.1.2012. Till date enquiry proceedings have not proceeded.
Sri Prabhakar Tiwari, advocate, has put in appearance for the respondents and states that he has instructions to inform the court that five dates have been given by the enquiry officer. Petitioner, however, is not cooperating.
Let counter affidavit be filed within two weeks from today detailing the proceedings that have taken place till date .
Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
