The petitioner seeks the following relief.
(i) A writ order or direction to pass an order to maintain status quo regarding land in question during the pendency of the revision no. 2642 of 2018 (Amit Kumar and others Vs. Shiv Chandra and others) From the perusal of the relief quoted above, it is clear that the petitioner is seeking injunction from the writ court at the first instance. Such injunction cannot be granted by the writ court at the first instance.
The writ petition is therefore misconceived and is dismissed.
