Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Learned Standing Counsel representing the fourth respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, in case the petitioner were to file a detailed representation in support of his claim for refixation of pension within a period of two weeks from today alongwith a duly authenticated copy of this order, all endeavour shall be made to examine the aforesaid claim with expedition and a final decision communicated preferably within a period of three months therefrom.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
