1. The grievance of petitioner is to decide the restoration application filed in Suit No.T20191765501302 u/s 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Ram Shankar vs. Azizur Rahman), pending before respondent no.1 - Tehsildar, Ghanghata, Sant Kabir Nagar, District - Sant Kabir Nagar and the same has not been decided so far.
2. Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case aforesaid application is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same may be considered and decided expeditiously.
3. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to Competent Authority to decide petitioner's aforesaid application and pass appropriate reasoned order after affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties within a period of six months from today.
