Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants has made a statement at the bar that he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application on behalf of applicant no.1 Javed and the applicant no.1 is ready to surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail.
In view of the statement made, in case, the applicant no.1 Javed appears/ surrenders before the court below and applies for regular bail, the same be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
So far as the applicant nos. 2, 3 and 4 are concerned, learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that vide order dated 22.03.2021 of this Court, applicant nos. 2, 3 and 4 were granted anticipatory bail.
In view of the aforesaid order, Investigating Officer is directed to conclude the investigation expeditiously without being prejudiced by any observation made in the order.
With the aforesaid observations, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
The instant protection shall continue till the submission of police report under Section 173(2) CrPC by the Investigating Officer.
