Heard Sri Vinay Bhushan Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents No.1 to 5 and Sri R.C.Upadhyay as well as Babu Lal Ram holding brief of Jyoti Bhushan, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.6.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has raised a grievance that under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, the petitioner has not been given any allotment whereas a number of persons have been given allotment who are unsuited or non-suited for the benefit of such scheme in village Sahijana, Block and Tehsil Martinganj, district Azamgarh.
Learned Standing Counsel informs that there is a Grievance Redressal Forum under the scheme headed by the District Magistrate of the District. As such, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner makes any representation with regard to the allegations made in the writ petition, the District Magistrate or the Grievance Redressal Forum as formed under the Scheme will look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
