The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter-alia with the prayer to quash the order dated 25.1.2020 passed by the respondent no. 4.
Heard Sri Ajay Shyam Prajapati, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No. 4 of 2021 has been filed by the petitioner praying that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition on the ground that the relief sought in the writ petition has been granted by the authority.
In view of above, the application is allowed. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
