The submission/note for speaking to minutes is disposed of and order dated 24.04.2012 passed by this Court in Special Criminal Application No.723 of 2012 is modified and it be read as under:
"Pursuant to the order passed today in the 1st Session, Registrar [Judicial] remained present before the Court and tendered unconditional apology on his behalf and on behalf of the Registry. He further submitted that, instructions will be given to the Registry not to raise `office objections' as regards maintainability of writ petitions filed either under Article 226 or 227 or both, of the Constitution of India, so far as Roster of this Court is concerned, as notified.
The above explanation of the Registrar [Judicial] is accepted.
Issue notice to the respondents returnable on 29th June, 2012".
Order accordingly.
