Jaushriben vs State

Pursuant to the order passed today in the 1st Session, Registrar [Judicial] remained present before the Court and tendered unconditional apology on his behalf and on behalf of the Registry. He further submitted that, henceforth, `office objections' will not be raised by the Registry with regard to circulation of writ petitions filed either under Article 226 or 227 or both, of the Constitution of India, so far as this court is concerned.

The above explanation of the Registrar [Judicial] is accepted.

Issue notice to the respondents returnable on 29th June, 2012.
