2. The present application is filed for condonation of delay of 32 days in filing the restoration application. That restoration application was filed to set aside the order whereby the main Special Civil Application No.342 of 2012 of the petitioner - applicant was dismissed for non-removal of office objections.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the averments in the present application, delay of 32 days in filing the restoration application being Misc. Civil Application (Stamp) No.675 of 2012 is condoned. The present application is allowed accordingly in terms of prayer 10 (b). No costs.
