Heard Sri Nipun Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Jai Narain, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the F.I.R. dated 30.5.2019, registered as Case Crime No.229 of 2019, u/s 376 and 506 IPC, P.S. Garhmukteshwar, district Hapur.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the dispute between the parties is matrimonial in nature. The petitioner had earlier filed 482 Cr.P.C. Application No.25105 of 2019 in which matter was referred to Mediation Centre of this Court by learned Single Judge of this Court on 1.7.2019 and in the said application interim protection was granted in favour of the petitioner.

Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners in the aforesaid case.
