In Re: Civil Misc. Correction Application No. 11 of 2019
1. This is an application seeking correction of order dated 20.02.2019 whereby on delay condonation as well as substitution applications, notice has been issued. It is, however, stated that from order, it is not clear as to whom notice is to be issued.
2. The error is clearly typographical.
3. The application is allowed. Necessary correction is made in the order today.
4. Office is directed to make correction in the certified copy of the order, if already issued.
5. Time to take steps as stated in order dated 20.02.2019 shall commence from today.
