This writ petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of an application dated 25.01.2017 filed by the petitioner for renewal of the petitioner's society but it has not decided till date.
Sri R. B. Pandey, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the objectors, submits that they are not awarded as party in this writ petition and prays that a direction be issued to the Competent Authority that any order may be passed only after considering his objections, to which learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Varanasi Region, Varanasi, to decide petitioner's aforesaid referred application and pass appropriate reasoned order after affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties and considering the objections filed, preferably, within a period of two months from today, if there is no other legal impediment.
