The present revision is directed against the judgment and order dated 15.09.1999 passed by District & Session Judge, Mirzapur in Criminal Appeal No. 11 of 1998 under Sections 323, 324/34 I.P.C. whereby opposite party Nos.2 to 5 had been acquitted.
Learned A.G.A., though appearing for the State-respondent could not point out any infirmity in the order dated 15.09.1999.
From a perusal of the order impugned, this Court does not find any jurisdictional error, material irregularity or judicial impropriety in acquittal of the opposite parties.
No interference is required.
