Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

It is submitted that, in absence of any justification and sufficient cause to condone delay for filing application for restoration. The trial court condoned such delay without considering the law laid down by the Apex Court about necessity to show sufficient cause, while exercising powers as required under the law.

In view of the above, issue RULE, returnable on 26th September, 2012.

Ad-interim relief in terms of para 11(C)till then.
