Heard Sri Raghuraj Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, Ms. Archana Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. dated 10.3.2018 registered as case crime no. 103 of 2018 under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., police station Tundla, District Firozabad.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that though the petitioners have earlier approached this Court by filing Crl. Misc. Writ Petition No. 15229 of 2018 but the said writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn on 22.6.2018 as the petitioners were not named in the F.I.R. but subsequently their names came into light during the course of investigation. He submits that co-accused has already been granted bail by the competent court.
From a perusal of the order dated 22.6.2018, it transpires that while dismissing the writ petition which was earlier filed by the petitioner no liberty was given to them to file fresh, hence the present petition is dismissed accordingly.
