Though the original record of the case is not annexed with the application, looking to the fact that the petitioners wants to withdraw this petition for writ to avail remedy by way filing an appeal under Section 12 of the U.P. Sugar Undertaking (Acquisition) Act, 1971. The application is allowed.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
