Heard Sri Vijay Shantam, learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2.
Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 submits that vide order dated 13.12.2016 the matter was referred to mediation centre and the applicants were directed to deposit Rs. 10,000/- with the mediation centre of this Court and it was directed that 80% amount deposited in the mediation centre shall be paid to O.P. No. 2. The O.P. No. 2 is the brother of victim Smt. Reeta. The O.P. No. 2 and Smt. Reeta appeared before the mediation centre. The O.P. No. 2 could not make his sign on the order-sheet due to which amount has not been paid to the O.P. No. 2. Thus it has been prayed that in the order dated 13.12.2016 the words "Victim Sister of O.P. No. 2, Smt. Reeta" be added in place of "O.P. No. 2" so that the amount may be paid to the victim.
The modification application is allowed and in the order dated 13.12.2016 passed by this Court the words "Victim Sister of O.P. No. 2, Smt. Reeta" be read in place of "O.P. No. 2".
