Mr.Amar Bhatt, learned counsel generally appears for Reserve Bank of India, was requested by the court to look into the matter. According to Mr.Bhatt, respondent No.1 is wrongly joined as party. In view of the same, Mr.Calla, learned advocate for the petitioner, seeks permission to amend the cause­title. Permission granted.

After the amendment is carried out, fresh NOTICE to respondent No.1 returnable on 21.02.2012. The petitioner is permitted to effect service by Regd. Post A.D. at the cost of the petitioner.
