Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents and Sri Ravindra Singh, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.
Counsel appearing for the parties submit that the controversy involved in the present case is similar to that as in Writ-C No.38324 of 2019 (Akram Khan & Anr. Vs. State of U.P. & 3 Ors.) which has been decided in terms of the judgment and order dated 28.11.2019.
In view of the aforementioned submission this writ petition is also dismissed in the same terms.
