Jasvinder Singh Alias Jassa vs State Of U.P.

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|16 June, 2010

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant for quashing the order dated 3.4.2010 passed by Additional Session Judge, F.T.C. Court No. 5, Shahjahanpur in special case no. 55 of 209 under Section 8/18/20 N.D.P.S Act, P.S. Ramchandra Mission District Shahjahanpur by which the application moved by the applicant for discharge has been rejected.
I have heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the impugned order.
The impugned order is based upon relevant considerations and supported by cogent reasons. Learned counsel for the applicant has failed to demonstrate that the impugned order suffers from any illegality or infirmity warranting any interference by this Court.
This application lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
