This Contempt Case has been taken out in connection with order, dated 13.02.2012, by which, so to say, this Court has been pleased to dismiss the Writ Petition by recording some submissions.
We do not find that any mandate is given while passing the order. Accordingly, no contempt is called for.
The Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
