JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed seeking temporary bail for a period of 60 days so as to undertake agriculture operations.
Learned APP, Mr.Patel, invited attention of the Court to jail remarks.
In the month of February-March, 2012, he has enjoyed temporary bail for a period of 14 days. Thereafter, in the month of May-2012, he has enjoyed temporary bail for 7 days.
The Court is not inclined to grant the prayer. Hence, this application is rejected.
