1. Rule.

K.P. Raval, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor waives service of rule.
2. The applicant, a life convict, seeks temporary bail for a period of two weeks on the ground of attending marriage of his real brother scheduled on 27.05.2012 and in support of which, a marriage invitation card is annexed herewith and jail record of the applicant appears to be reasonably good and in the past has surrendered and reported the jail authority in time.
3. Considering all the above aspects, the applicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of two weeks from the date of his release on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail authority. On completion of period of temporary bail, the applicant shall report to jail authority in time.
4. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
5. Direct service is permitted.
