On 19th December 2012, time was granted to learned APP to inquire about stage of investigation and to inform the Court about the steps taken.
Today, learned APP has submitted that accused is absconding. She further submitted that a weapon (Dhariya) and Bullet have been recovered. She also submitted that warrant under Section 70 and proclamation under Section 82 have been issued.
Let Notice be issued returnable on 28th December 2012. In the meanwhile, the respondents will file detail affidavit stating the details, particularly in light of the allegations made by the petitioner in present petition, about the steps taken and present status of investigation and as to why the investigation may not be directed to be carried out as claimed by the petitioner.
