Under order dated 24.12.2012, learned APP was asked to file detailed affidavit stating relevant particulars as mentioned in the order dated 24.12.2012. In pursuance of the said order, it is submitted that any affidavit has not been filed until now.
Since the concerned learned APP is not available today due to personal difficulties, learned APP, on her behalf, has requested for time. S.O. to 11.1.2013.
Mr. Ravani, learned advocate, has appeared and submitted that he has received instructions to appear on behalf of the respondent no.6 and he has entered his appearance and that therefore, his name may be reflected in the cause list.
Office will take necessary steps and ensure that name of Mr. Ravani, learned advocate, is reflected as advocate for the respondent no.6.
