Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of Criminal Case No. 1645 of 2016, State v. Jitendra Singh, arising out of Case Crime No. 545 of 2014, under Sections 379, 411 IPC, 3(1) Damage to Public Property Act and Sections, 3/2 The Mines & Minerals Act, Police Station Swar, District Rampur pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 1, Rampur.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of aforesaid case.
In view of the above, the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 1, Rampur is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid case within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order looking to its own roaster and other expedited trials under the order of this Court issued from time to time.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of.
